Book Fair This Week

We will be going to view books this Thursday, Oct. 26th and making out a wish list.  Those will go home that afternoon and the next day we will go back and make purchases on Friday, Oct. 27th. The book fair will be open from 1-7 on Thursday, the 26th so if you just want to take your child’s wish list, you could come and purchase something from their wish list after our conference time.  Please do not feel obligated to purchase books just know that they are available for you and some of the proceeds helps out our school.

ATV Raffle Tickets

I am sending home a flyer about the ATV Raffle PTO is selling.  If you are interested in purchasing a ticket please fill it in with the money and return it to school in a labeled envelope.  I will make sure your ticket and money gets to Mr. Murphy for the drawing. 

Halloween Party
I am still in need of two more parent volunteers for our Halloween Party, please message me if your free or interest in helping out.

Schedule for our Halloween Party:
11:40-12:15 – Lunch
12:15 – 12:40 – Quiet Time (Halloween movie)
12:40-1 – Get ready into costumes
1:15 – Watch kids in the hallway parade by
1:30 – Parade downtown
2:15 – Snack and games in the room until 2:40 – Take off costumes and pack up.

Parents are welcome to come and help your student put on their costume & makeup.  Please no fake weapons or gory costumes.

This Friday, The McBain Ramblers will be playing in the first round of the playoffs at home, against Pine River.

Let’s have a Green and Gold day to show our support for the McBain Ramblers this upcoming Friday!  Go Ramblers!!!

Picture Retake Day is going to be rescheduled at a later date, as our photographer is ill.  I’ll post the date as soon as I know.

We will be having a PJ, popcorn, and a movie day the day after Halloween.  To celebrate all our great accomplishments for the month and to wind down after all the Halloween buzz.
